News Daily Digital Desk: Just like a story! While a land trader in Telangana was digging in his own land, a lot of gold and silver ornaments came out! The incident has caused a stir in Pembharati village in Jangaon district of the state.
What exactly happened? Narasimha, a land trader, is a resident of Hyderabad. He has 11 acres of land in Pembharati village. He started digging to build a house there. Then ‘magic’ happens! He was amazed to see that the jewelry was arranged in layers in copper vessels deep in the ground.
It is learned that the copper vessel, which was about 2 feet deep in the ground, contained 189.620 grams of gold and 1.626 grams of silver. Altogether 22 gold pendants, 51 gold necklaces, 11 gold mangalsutras, 26 silver sticks, 5 silver necklaces etc. Along with this, some amount of lime has also been matched. Narasimha contacted the local administration after discovering that amount of wealth by digging the soil. For now, all of them have been deposited in the office of the district collector.

Rajendra Prasad, Assistant Presiding Officer, Jangaon, told the media, “As soon as we came to know about the incident, we recovered the jewelery from the spot and sent it to the collector.” The landowner has been instructed not to carry out any further excavations on the land until further notice. ”
How old are the recovered jewelry? Presumably, they are probably contemporary with the ancient Kakatiya dynasty. It is believed that there is a possibility of re-excavation on that land. The locals are looking to see if more jewelery is recovered.
